We currently ship to all major states and cities in Nigeria, including: Lagos, Abuja (FCT), Rivers, Oyo, Ogun, Kaduna, Kano, Enugu, Delta, Edo, and more.

If your location is not serviceable, our customer service team will contact you.

 

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment or order confirmation (for COD orders). Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

 

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Lagos State: 2–4 business days

  • Major cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.

 

4. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped from our warehouse via trusted logistics partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with delivery details.

 

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees may vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

 

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders:

  • Please ensure your phone number is reachable

  • You must be available to receive the package

  • Refusal to accept the package may result in restrictions on future COD orders

 

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing contact information

  • Customer not available at the delivery location

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees.

 

8. Delays Beyond Our Control
